1. How do I find a student job?

Student Employment Services provides job announcements which are available for viewing on our electronic job board on RAMweb or on job boards located in Room 133, Student Services Building. Students do not need to register with the office to conduct a job search. Eligible CSU students may view the job announcements and apply directly to the employer listed.

2. What is the average pay rate for student employees?

$8.36/hour for campus jobs

$8.72/hour for off campus jobs

3. What types of jobs are available for students?

A wide variety of both on and off-campus jobs are available. Some sample positions are: computer lab assistant, child care worker, research technician, food service worker, student paraprofessional, recreational sports worker, student staff assistant; as well as clerical and general labor positions.

4. How do I get paid once I find a job?

If you work on-campus at Colorado State, you will be paid every other Friday by direct deposit to your designated bank account. Off-campus employers pay their employees according to their respective company's pay schedules.

5. Where is Student Employment Services located and what are your office hours?

We are located in 133 Student Services Building, which is the building just to the south of the Administration Annex. Our office hours are 7:45 to 4:45 Monday through Friday during the academic year and 7:30 to 4:30 Monday through Friday during the summer.
